The first check failed on the achievement line: three lines of italic in a 250px card overflowed the bottom edge by 20px. The card grew to 282px — the extra height hides behind the envelope until the card is drawn out, so the ceremony staging did not change.
At 47px the winner's name crowded the card's edges in stills review; at 40px it wraps to two lines, which reads more like a real winner card than the single cramped line did.

An 8-second mock award-ceremony sting, 1280x720 landscape. Play everything completely straight — the humour lives in the gap between the ceremony's seriousness and the achievement's size. Gold and warm black; serif for the show title THE OFFICE AWARDS and the award title EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH; the winner DAVE FROM ACCOUNTS in heavy sans; the achievement For replying 'per my last email' in under four minutes. in quiet italic.
Banned: winking, laugh cues, cartoon sound-effect captions, confetti in any colour but gold, white and the accent.

0-1s: closed gold curtains (vertical folds), darkness. 1-2.2s: the curtains part to slivers; a spotlight cone fades up; the show title letters in. 1.3-2.9s: a 'DRUMROLL…' label and a bar that fills too fast, jittering. 2.9s: a gold-bordered envelope scales in; 3.4s its flap opens; 3.7s the winner card is drawn out and holds — award title, winner, rule line, achievement. Confetti (gold/white/accent) falls through the hold and is gone before the end frame.

One HyperFrames composition; curtains, envelope and card are top-level clips, the flap a child of the envelope with a top transform-origin and a perspective on its parent. Confetti is generated in script from a FIXED position list — identical fall every render, so the result can be verified. GSAP timeline, paused, seek-driven. Render at 30fps.

Card arithmetic: title + wrapped winner (plan for two lines) + rule + three achievement lines + padding must fit the card with room to spare — our first card was 20px short and the achievement line paid for it. And never let the confetti be random: an unverifiable render is an untestable template.

An awards ceremony for an achievement that deserves none. The comedy is deadpan: gold curtains, a drumroll bar, an envelope opened with total seriousness — and the card inside honours the winner for something magnificently trivial. Swap the three card fields and the same ceremony works for any team's smallest legend.
